Derrick Wiley is the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Projects Director of Wiley & White LLC, where he leads enterprise strategy, capital deployment, and execution across a diversified portfolio of ventures spanning real estate, hospitality, and business advisory.
As CEO, Derrick is responsible for driving corporate growth through disciplined investment strategy, strategic partnerships, and the development of scalable, revenue-generating business models. Â He focuses on identifying high-opportunity markets, structuring ventures for long-term value creation, and implementing operational frameworks that support performance, efficiency, and expansion.
In his capacity as Executive Projects Director, Derrick provides end-to-end oversight of project execution, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational delivery. Â He manages the full lifecycle of initiatives including acquisition, development, design, systems integration, and performance optimization while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality control, timeline adherence, and a return on investment.
